Shared Homes Swansea

Shared Homes Swansea logo - FINALHouseholders and Homesharers sharing home life, time, skills and experience - together.

Shared Homes Swansea brings together people with spare rooms with people who are happy to be sociable and lend a hand around the house in return for affordable accommodation.

For Homesharers and Householders, Shared Homes Swansea can give you and your loved ones peace of mind.

Benefits for the Householder

Perhaps you need a bit of help around the house or garden, a lift to the shops or just someone to have a meal with and chat to?

Getting involved can help you to stay independent at home for longer; with additional support, company and a presence in the home during the night.

Benefits for the Homesharer

You might be new to the area, looking for a safe and affordable home with company -

Shared Homes Swansea provides affordable accommodation at a time of record housing shortages and high rent.

Safety first:

Each Shared Homes Swansea match has the back-up of the Shared Homes Swansea team, which selects and approves Householders and Homesharers.

Individuals are matched based on interests, lifestyles and hobbies and preferences.

Security and household checks are completed, and ongoing support provided to both people in the match.

Please note: Homesharing is not a rental service so a Homesharer does not pay rent. Both the Householder and Homesharer both pay a fee to Shared Homes Swansea to cover the costs of the service and support.
