Qualia Law CIC

Qualia Law CIC provides free legal advice and financial safeguarding services for vulnerable and neurodiverse people across the UK.

Many people living with dementia, brain injuries or learning disabilities struggle to make decisions or safeguard their own financial affairs and may need the assistance of a Court of Protection Deputy or professional attorney.

Such services are typically provided by private sector law firms with costs that may be prohibitive to many vulnerable people.

Qualia Law CIC’s mission is to provide expert, solicitor deputyship services to anybody irrespective of the size or complexity of a person’s estate or affairs.

Qualia Law CIC provides:

1. Free legal advice to neurodiverse people, their carers, families or directly to professionals in the social care or third sectors

2. Free training and awareness sessions

3. Court of Protection Deputyship for the most vulnerable in society.

Qualia Law CIC are members of AdviceUK and funded by the charities aid foundation (CAF), UnLtd and the national lottery community fund.
