SortedSupported SortedSupported is a website that helps explore mental health and wellbeing. You can find resources, practical advice and signposting to local and national support. The website is for adults 18+, their families and carers, and the professionals who support them in Swansea, Neath and Port Talbot. As well as information about emotional wellbeing and mental health for people aged 18 years and older, SortedSupported is developing content for adults with Learning Disabilities and people who support them. SortedSupported is a directory of information and local places to go to for help, but it is not able to provide direct support to individuals.
